Ooohhhh say can you seeeeee CHICAGO FIREWORKS!

Jul 2, 2010 at 11:12 AM by Julie Dorger

Fourth of July is meant to remind us, as a nation, of our ancestors' fight for independence from the British colonizers. However, for me, Fourth of July has always meant one thing… FIREWORKS! So when I heard the Independence Day Eve fireworks display at the Taste of Chicago was cancelled this year, I went on a mad quest for replacement colorful explosions to satisfy my child-like need to "Ohh and Ahhh".

See the short list below to fulfill all of your 4th of July pyrotechnic needs this Sunday.

Navy Pier Fireworks
9:00pm

Forest Park- Park District Fireworks
9:15pm

Evanston Fireworks
9:15pm

Edgewater Neighborhood Fireworks
9:00pm

Palatine Hometown Fest
9:30pm

Berwyn, Il Fireworks
8:45pm
